It’s your turn now to develop a working thesis. Remember, at this stage, a working thesis is one that may change, but it’s a good idea to at least draft a thesis that presents your angle to help you through the next stages of writing when you’ll organize and pick the source material you want to use.
It may take several tries to get a good working thesis, but you should remember to make it clear, assertive, and focused.
It’s an especially good idea to get feedback on your thesis draft. Ask both your professor and classmates for their feedback. Getting their feedback will help you make sure you’re on the right track!
